Right material.
Useful shape.
Thoughtful details.
A finished tape part should be considered alongside the way your team handles and applies it.
We help review the material, geometry, liner and delivery format, then discuss a practical route to samples and production.
Discuss a custom part ↗︎
What makes the part
difficult to use today?
Is each piece being cut by hand? Is the part difficult to pick up? Does the liner or presentation make placement awkward?
Tell us where the difficulty is. It gives us a better starting point than a shape alone.
Plan the part around your application.
A shape that fits the task
Discuss custom outlines and openings, including kiss-cut or through-cut configurations. Dimensions and tolerances are reviewed against the material and design.
Details that support handling
We can review liner choices, pull-tab concepts and part layout around your handling needs. These details can be evaluated with the sample design.
A suitable supply format
Discuss roll or sheet presentation, slitting, rewinding and lamination requirements alongside the way the parts will be used.
Material and converting,
discussed together.
Die-cutting, slitting, rewinding and lamination are carried out at our own factory in Taiwan. We review your part requirements with the production approach in mind.
Once the initial requirements are clear, we can discuss the information needed for a quotation and sample evaluation. Specifications and production arrangements are confirmed for each project.
No drawing ready?
We can start with a question.
Describe the material’s purpose, the approximate size and how the part will be used. If technical drawings are needed later, we can first discuss the appropriate way to share them.
Keep customer names and confidential design information out of the initial message.
A few useful starting points.
What if our drawing is not ready?
Describe the function, approximate dimensions and how the part will be handled. We can begin by identifying the material and design questions to resolve.
Can you confirm tolerances and lead time?
Tolerances are discussed after we review your drawing, including the material and critical dimensions. Quantity, supply format and your target schedule are also reviewed when preparing a quotation.
Our project is confidential. How do we begin?
Begin with a general description that excludes customer names, proprietary drawings and sensitive process details. We can discuss information-sharing arrangements before moving into project specifics.
Can we discuss samples for evaluation?
Yes. Sampling is available. Once we understand your application and the proposed material or part design, we can discuss a sample plan and the arrangements for your evaluation.
Tell us what the tape
needs to do.
A brief description is enough to begin. Tell us what you’re trying to protect, what needs to change, or where the current approach is difficult.
Discuss your application ↗︎Please leave out confidential drawings and customer details in your initial enquiry.
